Title 33 - Navigation and Navigable Waters
A person who has filed an application for a Coast Guard Port Security Card and who did not receive such a document prior to May 1, 1956, shall submit a new application in accordance with the requirements of this part. [CGFR 61–54, 26 FR 11862, Dec. 12, 1961]
