(a) Each deepwater port must have a facility response plan that meets the requirements outlined in subpart F of part 154 of this chapter and be approved by the cognizant COTP. (b) The facility response plan must identify adequate spill containment and removal equipment for port-specific spill scenarios. (c) Response equipment and material must be pre-positioned for ready access and use onboard the deepwater port.
