Title 33 - Navigation and Navigable Waters
(a) The master of a vessel in a regulated navigation area shall operate the vessel in accordance with the regulations contained in Subpart F. (b) No person may cause or authorize the operation of a vessel in a regulated navigation area contrary to the regulations in this part.
