Title 33 - Navigation and Navigable Waters
(a) The area. All waters constituting the Turning Basin within the Naval Air Base Reservation, Mayport, Florida, and inclosed by a line bearing approximately 180° true from Ribault Channel Light 4 to the shore at a point connecting with the Naval Base boundary line fence. (b) The regulations. (1) All persons, vessels and craft, except those vessels operated by the U.S. Navy or Coast Guard are prohibited from entering this area except in cases of extreme emergency. (2) This section shall be enforced by the Commander, U.S. Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, Florida, and such agencies as he may designate. [14 FR 2609, May 18, 1949.
