Title 33 - Navigation and Navigable Waters
(a) The area. The waters within a semicircle with a radius of 10,000 feet centered on the easterly shore of Banana River at Cape Canaveral at latitude 28°27'23", longitude 80°35'48". (b) The regulations. (1) All unauthorized persons and craft shall stay clear of the area at all times. (2) The regulations in this section shall be enforced by the Commander, Air Force Missile Test Center, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, and such agencies as he may designate.
