Effective Date(s): September 8, 2006 14. Section 668.32 is amended by: A. In paragraph (k)(7), removing the word “and” after the punctuation “;” at the end of the paragraph. B. In paragraph (l), removing the punctuation “.” at the end of the paragraph and adding, in its place, the words “; and”. C. Adding a new paragraph (m). The addition reads as follows: * * * * * (m) In the case of a student who has been convicted of, or has pled nolo contendere or guilty to, a crime involving fraud in obtaining title IV, HEA program assistance, has completed the repayment of such assistance to: (1) The Secretary; or (2) The holder, in the case of a title IV, HEA program loan. * * * * *
