Effective Date(s): September 8, 2006 16. Section 668.38 is amended by: A. Removing paragraph (b)(3); and B. Revising paragraphs (b)(1) and (b)(2). The revisions read as follows: * * * * * (b) * * * (1) For purposes of this section, a student enrolled in a telecommunications course at an institution of higher education is not enrolled in a correspondence course. (2) For purposes of paragraph (b)(1) of this section, an institution of higher education is one that is not an institute or school described in section 3(3)(C) of the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Applied Technology Act of 1995. * * * * *
