Effective Date(s): September 8, 2006 39. Section 682.204 is amended by: A. In paragraph (a)(1)(i), adding the words “, or, for a loan certified on or after July 1, 2007, $3,500,” immediately after the figure “$2,625”. B. In paragraph (a)(1)(ii), adding the words “, or, for a loan certified on or after July 1, 2007, $3,500,” immediately after the figure “$2,625”. C. In paragraph (a)(1)(iii), adding the words “, or, for a loan certified on or after July 1, 2007, $3,500” immediately after the figure “$2,625”. D. In paragraph (a)(2)(i), adding the words “, or, for a loan certified on or after July 1, 2007, $4,500,” immediately after the figure “$3,500”. E. In paragraph (a)(2)(ii), adding the words “, or, for a loan certified on or after July 1, 2007, $4,500,” immediately after the figure “$3,500”. F.
