Effective Date(s): September 8, 2006 42. Section 682.208 is amended by: A. In paragraph (c)(2), adding the words “or a student PLUS loan borrower” immediately after the words “Stafford loan borrower”. B. In paragraph (d)(2), adding the words “, as authorized and if practicable,” immediately after “repayment schedule”. C. In paragraph (f)(1) introductory text, adding the words “has been convicted of, or has pled nolo contendere or guilty to, a crime involving fraud in obtaining title IV, HEA program assistance,” immediately after the word “borrowed,”.
