Effective Date(s): September 8, 2006 47. Section 682.300 is amended by: A. In paragraph (c)(3)(i), removing the word “or” at the end of the paragraph. B. In paragraph (c)(3)(ii), removing the punctuation “.” and adding, in its place, the words “; or”. C. Adding new paragraph (c)(3)(iii).
