(a) Each applicant under a program covered by §75.155 shall submit a copy of its application to the State on or before the deadline date for submitting its application to the Department. (b) The applicant shall attach to its application a copy of its letter that requests the State to comment on the application. (Authority: 20 U.S.C. 1221e–3 and 3474)
