(a) A Professional Development program may include, as training costs, assistance to either— (1) Fully finance a student's educational expenses; or (2) Supplement other financial aid—including Federal funding other than loans—for meeting a student's educational expenses. (b) The Secretary announces the expected maximum amounts for stipends and other costs—including training costs—in the annual application notice published in the (Authority: 20 U.S.C. 7442)
