Title 34 - Education
(a) The State must have on file with the Secretary an assurance satisfactory to the Secretary that the funds under Part B of the Act are not commingled with State funds. (b) The assurance in paragraph (a) of this section is satisfied by the use of a separate accounting system that includes an audit trail of the expenditure of the Part B funds.
