Title 34 - Education
(a) General. The advisory board established under §300.265 shall prepare and submit to the Secretary of the Interior and to the Congress an annual report containing a description of the activities of the advisory board for the preceding year. (b) Report to the Secretary. The Secretary of the Interior shall make available to the Secretary the report described in paragraph (a) of this section. (Authority: 20 U.S.C. 1411(i)(6)(A))
