Title 34 - Education
Each State that receives a grant under section 619 of the Act for any fiscal year shall distribute any funds it does not retain under §301.24 to local educational agencies in the State that have established their eligibility under section 613 of the Act. (Authority: 20 U.S.C. 1419(g)(1))
