Title 34 - Education
The statement must provide for— (a) Making reports in such form and containing such information as the Secretary may require; and (b) Keeping such records and affording such access to those records as the Secretary may find necessary to assure compliance with the requirements of this part, the correctness and verification of reports, and the proper disbursement of funds provided under this part.
