34 C.F.R. § 350.13 What must a grantee do in carrying out a research activity?

In carrying out a research activity under this program, a grantee shall— (a) Identify one or more hypotheses; and (b) Based on the hypotheses identified, perform an intensive systematic study directed toward— (1) New or full scientific knowledge; or (2) Understanding of the subject or problem studied.
