A Fellowship award in either the Distinguished or Merit category includes a fixed stipend and a flat rate allowance for research and research-related expenses including travel expenses. Each report must contain at a minimum an analysis of the significance of the project and an assessment of the degree to which the objectives of the project have been achieved.
