Title 34 - Education
(a) The agency must reevaluate, at regularly established intervals, the institutions or programs it has accredited or preaccredited. (b) The agency must monitor institutions or programs throughout their accreditation or preaccreditation period to ensure that they remain in compliance with the agency's standards. This includes conducting special evaluations or site visits, as necessary. (Authority: 20 U.S.C. 1099b)
