34 C.F.R. § 1100.30 Where may the fellowship project be conducted?

(a) A fellow is encouraged to carry out all, or a portion of, the fellowship project at the Institute. At a minimum, a fellow is required to attend quarterly meetings at the National Institute for Literacy in Washington, D.C. (this may be adjusted according to the number of months served in the fellowship). (b) Office space and logistics will be provided by the Institute when fellows are in residence at the Institute. (c) the fellow may also be required to participate in meetings, conferences and other activities at the Departments of Education, Labor, or Health and Human Services, in Washington D.C., or in site visits to other locations, if deemed appropriate for the project being conducted.
