Title 36 - Parks, Forests, and Public Property
The following activities are prohibited in Sitka National Historical Park— (a) Camping. (b) Riding a bicycle, except in the public parking areas and on routes designated by the Superintendent. Routes may only be designated for bicycle use based on a written determination that such use is consistent with the purposes for which the park was established. (c) The use of roller skates, skateboards, roller skis, in-line skates, and other similar devices. [69 FR 70073, Dec. 2, 2004]
