Business hours are 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays when the building is closed. (b) Research complex hours are as follows, except Federal holidays: (1) Monday and Wednesday, 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.; (2) Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and (3) Saturday, 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (c) The phone number for the research complex is 800–234–8861.
