Title 36 - Parks, Forests, and Public Property
(a) The Administrative Officer shall be responsible for maintenance, publication, distribution and availability for inspection and copying of the current indexes and supplements which are required by 5 U.S.C. (a)(2). Such indexes shall be published promptly on a quarterly basis unless the Chairman determines by order published in the (b) The index of materials under this subpart covers all materials issued, adopted, or promulgated after July 4, 1967 by the Corporation.
