Title 38 - Pensions, Bonuses, and Veterans' Relief
An departmentwide plan for promoting part-time employment opportunities will be developed annually. This plan will establish annual goals and set interim and final deadlines for achieving these goals. This plan will be applicable throughout the agency, but may be supplemented by field facilities. (Authority: 5 U.S.C. 3402)
