Title 38 - Pensions, Bonuses, and Veterans' Relief
As a condition for receiving temporary lodging under this part, the veteran must be medically stable and must be capable of self-care or be accompanied by a caregiver able to provide the necessary care. Questions regarding these issues will be resolved by an appropriate health care provider at the VA health care facility of jurisdiction. (Authority: 38 U.S.C. 501, 1708)
