(a) Name. The name of the Board is the Board of Veterans' Appeals. (b) Business hours. The Board is open during business hours on all days except Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays. Business hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (c) Mailing address. Except as otherwise noted in these Rules, mail to the Board must be addressed to: Chairman (01), Board of Veterans' Appeals, 810 Vermont Avenue NW., Washington, DC 20420.
