Title 41 - Public Contracts and Property Management
(a) Act means the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act. (b) Secretary means the Secretary of Labor. (c) State agency means any authority of a State government which is responsible for the enforcement of State laws or regulations prescribing safety and health standards for employees.
