Title 41 - Public Contracts and Property Management
When an activity elects to offer material to GSA for credit, the activity shall submit offers in accordance with chapter 4 of the FEDSTRIP Operating Guide or chapter 9 of MILSTRIP (DoD 4000.25–1–M). [56 FR 11939, Mar. 21, 1991]
