Agencies that require current copies of and desire to be placed on distribution lists to receive Federal supply catalogs and related publications shall complete GSA Form 457, FSS Publications Mailing List Application (illustrated at §101–26.4902–457), and forward the completed GSA Form 457 to General Services Administration (8BRC), Centralized Mailing Lists Services, Building 41, Denver Federal Center, Denver, CO 80225. Copies of GSA Form 457 may also be obtained from the above address. Periodically, the Centralized Mailing Lists Services will request information from agency offices for use in maintaining current distribution lists. [46 FR 35646, July 10, 1981]
