Title 41 - Public Contracts and Property Management
(a) If GSA decides to establish a fleet management system, GSA, with the assistance of the agencies concerned, will prepare and present to the Director, OMB, a schedule of those records, facilities, personnel, and appropriations, if any, that are proposed for transfer to the fleet management system. The Director, OMB, will determine the records, facilities, personnel, and appropriations, if any, to be transferred. (b) The Administrator of General Services will furnish a copy of each determination, with a copy of the schedule of proposed transfer of motor vehicles, records, facilities, personnel, and appropriations, to the Director, OMB, and to each agency affected.
