Title 41 - Public Contracts and Property Management
HUD notifies eligible non-profit organizations, following guidance in the GSA Customer Guide to Real Property Disposal. Such notices must require eligible nonprofit organizations to— (a) Coordinate any requirement for self-help housing or housing assistance use of the property with the appropriate public agency; and (b) Declare to the disposal agency an intent to develop and submit a comprehensive and coordinated plan of use and procurement for the property.
