Title 41 - Public Contracts and Property Management
This authority must be used only in connection with property that the appropriate Secretary determines— (a) Comprises a functional unit; (b) Is located within the United States; and (c) Has an acquisition cost of $100,000 or less, provided that the transfer or retransfer does not include property situated in any area that is recognized as an urban area or place as identified by the most recent decennial census.
