Title 41 - Public Contracts and Property Management
Federal agencies have the following responsibilities concerning the investigation of incidents, such as fires, accidents, injuries, and environmental incidents in buildings they operate: (a) Investigate all incidents regardless of severity. (b) Form Boards of Investigation for incidents resulting in serious injury, death, or significant property losses.
