(a) This training consists of the type which GSA is authorized by law to conduct for Federal personnel and others or which is similar to such training. (b) Descriptions of the specific training courses conducted by GSA are published annually in the Interagency Training Programs bulletin, copies of which are available from the U.S. Civil Service Commission, Washington, D.C. 20415.
