Title 41 - Public Contracts and Property Management
This subpart sets forth the reports required by this part 105–54 and prescribes instructions for submission of the reports. (a) The Committee Management Secretariat periodically issues reporting instructions and procedures. The GSA Committee Management Officer files a report each fiscal year providing program, financial, and membership information. The Secretariat uses the information in preparing recommendations and status reports on advisory committee matters and in assisting the President in preparing and submitting a fiscal year report to the Congress. Instructions for preparing GSA's submission are provided by the GSA Committee Management Officer. (b) Reports on closed meetings are required as specified in §105–54.301(o).
