Title 41 - Public Contracts and Property Management
The following categories of equipment will not be considered spare equipment: (a) Equipment installed for emergency backup, e.g., an emergency power facility, or an electric motor or a pump, any of which is in place and electrically connected. (b) Equipment items properly classified as stores inventory.
