(a) DOE activities shall submit a copy of all motor vehicle leases and purchases not procured through the GSA Automotive Commodity Center to GSA. (b)–(c) [Reserved] (d) DOE activities desiring to renew a commercial lease shall submit the requirement in writing to the DPMO for approval prior to submission by field offices to GSA. (e) DOE activities shall submit a copy of all lease agreements to GSA.
