Title 41 - Public Contracts and Property Management
As used in this subpart, the following definitions apply: Foreign means outside the United States, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, and the Virgin Islands. Foreign service post means the local diplomatic or consular post in the area where the excess personal property is located.
