Title 41 - Public Contracts and Property Management
The objectives of the DOE personal property management program are to provide: (a) A system for efficiently managing personal property in the custody or possession of DOE organizations and designated contractors; and (b) Uniform principles, policies, and standards for efficient management of personal property that are sufficiently broad in scope and flexible in nature to facilitate adaptation to local needs and various kinds of operations.
