(a) Material published in the EPPMR will generally not be of interest to nor directly affect the public. Therefore, most EPPMR material will not be published in the (b) Arrows printed in the margin of a page indicate material changed, deleted, or added by the EPPMR Transmittal Notice cited at the bottom of that page. (See GSA, FPMR Amendment Transmittal pages for illustrations.)
