Yes, if your agency authorizes a TCS, it will pay for extended storage when it is necessary. Extended storage expenses include: (a) Packing/unpacking; (b) Crating/uncrating; (c) Transporting to and from place of storage; (d) Charges while in storage; and (e) Other necessary charges directly related to storage.
