Title 42 - Public Health
To be eligible for a grant under this subpart, an applicant must be: (a) A public or nonprofit private institution; and (b) Located in a State, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Canal Zone, Guam, American Samoa, or the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands.
