To be selected for participation in the CR-LRP, applicants must satisfy the following requirements: (a) Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements specified in §68a.3 and §68a.4. (b) Applicants must not be ineligible for participation as specified in §68a.5. (c) Applicants must be selected for approval by the CR-LRC, based upon a review of their applications.
