Title 42 - Public Health
(a) HHS will record and transcribe the hearing, and if requested, provide a transcript to the parties at HHS' expense. (b) The exhibits, transcripts of testimony, any other evidence admitted at the hearing, and all papers and requests filed in the proceeding constitute the record for the decision by the ALJ. (c) For good cause shown, the ALJ may order appropriate redactions made to the record at any time. (d) The DAB may return original research records and other similar items to the parties or awardee institution upon request after final HHS action, unless under judicial review.
