Title 42 - Public Health
(a) After the hearing and under a schedule set by the ALJ , the parties may file post-hearing briefs, and the ALJ may allow the parties to file reply briefs. (b) The parties may include proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law in their post-hearing briefs.
