Title 43 - Public Lands: Interior
(a) The authority of the Secretary of the Interior to approve the applications provided for in this part, has been delegated to the Director of the Bureau of Land Management and redelegated to State Directors of the Bureau of Land Management. (b) The grant contact must be signed by the Secretary of the Interior, or an officer authorized by him, and approved by the President.
