Title 43 - Public Lands: Interior
(a) Conveyances under this subpart are subject to the provisions of section 14(g) of the Act, as provided by §2650.4 of this chapter. (b) Conveyances under this subpart to two or more village corporations will be made to them as tenants-in-common, having undivided interests proportionate to the number of their respective members or stockholders determined on the basis of the final roll promulgated by the Secretary pursuant to section 5 of the Act.
