(a) If we ask for additional information we will follow the procedures in §2804.25(b) of this chapter. (b) BLM may also ask other Federal agencies for additional information, for terms and conditions or stipulations which the grant or TUP should contain, and for advice as to whether or not to issue the grant or TUP.
