Title 43 - Public Lands: Interior
(a) A proposal for a land use authorization, including permits not covered by §2920.2–2 of this title, shall be submitted in writing to the Bureau of Land Management office having jurisdiction over the public lands covered by the proposal. (b) The submission of a proposal gives no right to use the public lands.
