Title 43 - Public Lands: Interior
Each option holder shall file in the proper BLM office within 90 days after June 30 and December 31 of each year a statement showing as of the prior June 30 and December 31, respectively: (a) Any changes to the statements submitted under §3100.3–1(b) of this title, and (b) The number of acres covered by each option and the total acreage of all options held in each State.
